Learned his trade with Cardiff City Development, Mike is a FAW Uefa 'B' License holder and is currently working towards his 'B' License with the FA, also holds the FA Award certificate.

James is a local lad who can fill in at a number of positions but put in some notable displays at full back at the end of last season.

Mike had his testimonial last season after being with Llansawel/BFL for 25 years, still playing while also filling the small role of club chairman!
